Being a Southern California native, Dr. Judd received a Bachelor of Animal Science degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. She then studied abroad in St. Kitts in pursuit of her veterinary degree. After completion of course work in St. Kitts, Dr. Judd completed her clinical year at Auburn University and obtained a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 2011.
Since graduation, Dr. Judd has spent the past three years working at a mixed animal practice in Leander, Texas. As a lover of all animals, she gladly sees any patient that can walk through our doors. In addition to general practice, she has special interests in orthopedic and soft tissue surgery, ultrasound and neurology.
When not busy caring for your furry, feathered or scaled friends, Dr. Judd enjoys hiking, horseback riding, spending time with her own furry friends, and riding roller coasters. At home, she cares for two dogs that she rescued — her Pit Bull "Pickle," and a Puggle named "Naughty Pants." In addition to your typical residential animals, Dr. Judd also has an outspokenly demanding guinea pig named "Rufus T. Barleysheath the III" and enjoys her new hobby of microfarming using a recirculating aquaculture system.
